Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@slashedhockeyapparel.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Antar 2 Headway Road, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV10 6PZ.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on; sale items or gift cards.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If approved your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment within 10 business days. When returning the item please also ensure you include a note within your return parcel stating your name and order number. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@slashedhockeyapparel.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange your item, please send us an email at info@slashedhockeyapparel.com and send your item to: Syndicate Original 78 Joel Lane, Hyde, SK14 5LF UK. Please also ensure you include a note within your return parcel stating your name and order number. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

Slashed Apparel does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, you will receive the value of cost of the item minus the shipping costs.

If you live outside the UK the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may take slightly longer.

When shipping items back to us we recommend using a trackable delivery service or the Royal Mail 'signed for' service. As we will not be held responsible for your item(s) if it goes missing in transit when returning it to us.
